Strawberry Tiramisu: Easy Strawberry Tiramisu Recipe

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat 50g of sugar and 150ml of water, then when it comes to a boil, remove from heat and add mint and/or basil leaves, let it cool and infuse.
  • 2.   Clean the strawberries, blend half of them with a little lemon juice to obtain a coulis.
  • 3.   Cut the other half of the strawberries into small cubes or slices.
  • 4.   Whisk the mascarpone, cream, and lemon zest until you obtain a thick cream, reserve in a bowl.
  • 5.   Whisk the 3 eggs and sugar until the mixture is frothy and light, then mix it with the mascarpone cream preparation.
  • 6.   Assemble your tiramisu by alternating layers of coulis and pieces of strawberries, biscuits dipped in the mint basil syrup, and then cream. You can repeat the process until the top of your container.
