. Slice the lemons and tomatoes into thin rounds and set aside.

. Place the fish fillets in the center of the parchment paper, add the tomato and lemon slices.
Drizzle with some olive oil, salt, and pepper.

. Fold the parchment paper to seal the packets, then place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
