Easy Vegetable Tart

Summer continues and the garden is overflowing with vegetables. How can you resist making a delicious tart full of flavors?

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
    Make the dough and let it rest.
  • 2.   Roll out the dough, spread mustard on the bottom, slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the dough.
  • 3.   Sauté the sliced zucchini, diced eggplant, and sliced bell pepper, then arrange them on top of the tomatoes.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture over the vegetables, add cheese to your liking, and bake for 20 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve warm with a green salad.

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • ½ eggplants
  • ½ red bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 50 g of grated emmental
  • 1 pinch of pepper
