Chicken Pasta with Creamy Zucchini

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the zucchini into small pieces and sauté them in a saucepan with olive oil. Set them aside.
  • 2.   Brown the onion in a frying pan, add the chicken previously sliced into small pieces.
  • 3.   Add the drained mushrooms and two tablespoons of curry. Stir.
  • 4.   Mix the cooked zucchini with the preparation.
  • 5.   Crush the bouillon cube with a fork and dilute it with yogurt and sour cream, pour the mixture into the preparation and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • 6.   Add the spices and salt.
  • 7.   Cook the pasta and mix it with the preparation.
  • 8.   Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • 25 cl of sour cream
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 4 handful of parmesan
