Instructions

  • 1.   Here are my leftovers
  • 2.   In a bowl, put the semolina, the meat from the drumsticks (cut into small pieces), the eggs and mix
  • 3.   Add the flour, salt and pepper, sesame seeds, chives and mix
  • 4.   Add the cheese and mix
  • 5.   Heat a pan with a little olive oil and make the patties. Cook for 2/3 minutes on each side. Place on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat
  • 6.   Make the entire dough. See photo for the excess fat
  • 7.   Enjoy

  • 140 g of couscous semolina
  • 140 g of chicken drumstick
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g of flour
  • 5 g of sesame seed
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 small chives
  • 30 g of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
