Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and dice the carrots, then cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Drain the carrots and peas.
  • 3.   In a pan, melt the butter and add the minced onion. Sauté until it becomes translucent.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with flour, mix well, then gradually pour in the broth to obtain a creamy sauce. Add the carrots and peas, let simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Serve with meat or fish.
