Raspberry Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the butter in the freezer.
    In a bowl, mix 175 g of sugar with the 2 eggs until frothy.
  • 2.   Gradually add the yeast and flour, continue to mix.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 180° C (350° F).
    In a 24 cm (9 inch) diameter tart pan, place parchment paper and spread the dough on the bottom.
  • 4.   Arrange the raspberries one by one on the dough.
    Spread very thin slices of butter over the entire surface of the tart.
  • 5.   Bake for 25 minutes at 180° C (350° F) (convection heat).
  • 6.   Let cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
