Baked feta and tomato pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection: 180°C).
  • 2.   Place the pasta in a baking dish. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes. Place the cheese in the center, pour oil over it and sprinkle lemon zest on top, season. Pour cream and broth over it.
  • 3.   Bake for about 35 minutes in the middle of the hot oven.
  • 4.   Remove from the oven, sprinkle with basil, and mix.

  • 200 g of feta
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 50 cl of cream
  • 50 cl of broth
  • salt (according to taste)
