Fish burger, remoulade sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   For the sauce, peel and slice the red onion. Cut the white onions, pickles, and capers into small pieces. Mix everything with yogurt, mayonnaise, and mustard, season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Peel the red onion, cut it into half-moons. Cut the buns in half, fill them with arugula, add a slice of melted cheese and the cod fillets. Finish with remoulade sauce, red onion, and a sprig of dill. Close the buns and serve.

  • 4 sprig of fresh dill

  • 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard
