Spicy ground pork banh mi

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the mini cucumbers and cut the carrot into sticks. Put everything in a bowl with white wine vinegar and honey, cover with water, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
  • 2.   In a pan, sauté the meat with Chinese five-spice powder and half of the sriracha powder.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the yogurt with mayonnaise and the remaining sriracha powder. Tear the lettuce into pieces.
  • 4.   Open the bread rolls in half, but not completely. Fill them with iceberg lettuce, marinated vegetables, and fried meat. Drizzle with spicy sauce, finish with crispy onions, and garnish with cilantro.
