Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the lemons and spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Peel and crush the garlic clove, mix it with olive oil. Sprinkle thyme over the lemon slices, drizzle with the garlic-infused olive oil, and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  • 2.   Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the slices are golden. Flip the slices halfway through cooking.
