Boursin and Vegetable Pasta Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain them.
  • 3.   While the pasta is cooking, slice the zucchini into rounds.

    Peel the carrots and slice them into rounds or half-rounds.

    Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.
  • 4.   In a large gratin dish, place the drained pasta.

    Add the raw vegetables (they will cook in the oven).

    Distribute pieces of Boursin on top.

    Pour the heavy cream over the entire dish.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5.   Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the gratin is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.

  • 150 g of Boursin
  • 10 cl of light cream
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt (according to taste)
