Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F). Cut the ciabattas in half horizontally and bake them for 15 minutes on the oven rack. Remove them from the oven and set the temperature to 230°C (450°F).
  • 2.   Spread the tomato sauce on one half of the ciabatta, distribute the torn mozzarella into small pieces and the olives. Sprinkle with oregano and bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
