Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the chicken into strips.
    Peel and cut the carrot into sticks.
  • 2.   In a wok, bring the coconut milk and broth to a boil.
  • 3.   Add the chicken, carrot, ginger, soy sauce, and vermicelli noodles.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
