Sautéed Garlic Shrimp

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in boiling water.
  • 2.   Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
    Peel, remove the germ, and crush the garlic clove.
  • 3.   Heat the oil in a wok, then sauté the garlic and ginger for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat.
  • 4.   Add the shrimp, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and cilantro.
    Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
