Sautéed shrimp with cashews

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in boiling water.
  • 2.   Peel and finely chop the shallot.
  • 3.   Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the shallot for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  • 4.   Add the lemon juice, cashews, peanuts, and spices.
    Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Add the shrimp and honey.
    Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until the shrimp are pink. Season with salt and serve with rice.

  • 30 g of cashew nut
  • 10 g of peanut
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of four spices
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 12 raw peeled shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
