Monkfish with caramel

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in boiling water.
  • 2.   Remove the skin from the monkfish and cut it into large cubes.
  • 3.   Melt the sugar in a wok over high heat until it becomes a slightly golden caramel. Reduce the heat, add the ginger, soy sauce, oil, and fish sauce. Mix everything together.
  • 4.   Add the monkfish cubes, cover, and let cook for about 5 minutes. Serve with rice.

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
