Beef with peas and bell pepper

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in boiling water.
  • 2.   Finely slice the beef. Shell the peas.
  • 3.   Cut the bell pepper and onion into thin strips.
  • 4.   In a wok, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and peas for 3 minutes over high heat in oil.
  • 5.   Add the soy sauce and then the cornstarch diluted in 7cl of cold water. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Incorporate the beef strips and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  • 7.   Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot with the rice.

  • 250 g of rump steak
  • 250 g of pea
  • ½ red bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
