Beef with onions

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the beef into thin strips.
  • 2.   In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in 12 cl of cold water. Add the vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger. Marinate the beef in this sauce for 2 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   After 2 hours, cook the rice in boiling water.
  • 4.   Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the beef strips for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat. Set aside on a plate.
  • 5.   Peel and slice the onions. On medium heat, sauté them in the wok until tender. Add the peeled and crushed garlic clove, then return the meat and sauce to the wok.
    Stir well and serve hot with rice.

  • ½ teaspoon of Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 100 g of rice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
