Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in boiling water.
  • 2.   Cut the turkey escalopes into thin slices.
  • 3.   Peel and finely chop the onion.
  • 4.   Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.
  • 5.   Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the onion for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • 6.   Add the carrots, cover, and cook for 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • 7.   Add the meat, honey, soy sauce, and ginger. Mix well and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
