Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in boiling water.
  • 2.   Wash the bell pepper and slice it into strips.
  • 3.   Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
  • 4.   Cut the chicken into thin slices. Coat them in flour and remove the excess.
  • 5.   Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the bell pepper strips for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • 6.   Add the chicken and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat, stirring.
  • 7.   Add the tomatoes, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Mix and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Serve hot with the rice.
