Lemon and thyme pork

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in boiling water.
  • 2.   Peel and finely slice the onions.
  • 3.   Remove the pork ribs and cut the meat into small cubes.
  • 4.   Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the onions for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat.
  • 5.   Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
  • 6.   Pour the honey and lemon juice into the wok. Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together and serve hot with the rice.
