Chinese-style duck strips

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the Chinese noodles in a large amount of water.
  • 2.   Peel and finely slice the onion. Peel, remove the germ, and crush the garlic clove.
  • 3.   Heat the oil in a wok, then brown the duck strips for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat. Set aside on a plate.
  • 4.   In the wok, sauté the garlic and onion with vinegar, honey, and soy sauce.
  • 5.   Add the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and heat for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately with the Chinese noodles.

  • 3 tablespoon of honey
