Stuffed mushrooms with garlic and parsley

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the stems from the mushrooms and hollow them out.
  • 2.   Prepare the snail butter by mixing butter, garlic, and parsley.
  • 3.   Mix the snail butter with the finely sliced mushroom stems, then fill the mushroom caps with the mixture.
  • 4.   Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs.
  • 5.   Bake for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, until the butter is melted and the mushrooms are cooked.
