Japanese-style carrot and black radish salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the radish and wash the carrots.
  • 2.   Grate the carrots and radish. Chill.
  • 3.   Mix vinegar with sugar and salt until dissolved. Add this sauce to your grated vegetables (add gradually and taste to see if it's not too strong for you, you can also make more sauce if there isn't enough to your liking).
  • 4.   Sprinkle with chopped chives and toasted sesame seeds and serve in small bowls as an appetizer.

  • 5 cl of white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 sprig of chives
  • 1 handful of sesame seed
