Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the diced onion and leek in a little olive oil.
  • 2.   Add the diced pumpkin, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a little cumin.
  • 3.   Add the vegetable broth (diluted in at least 1/2 liter of water).
  • 4.   Cook for about 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Blend and optionally add some fresh cream.
