Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, sauté sliced leeks and carrots in a little oil, add finely chopped cabbage, season with salt and pepper to taste, add a little water for cooking (not too much), stir regularly to prevent the cabbage from burning.
  • 2.   Once the vegetables are cooked, add the fresh cream.
  • 3.   And it's ready.
  • 4.   Enjoy your meal.
