Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
  • 2.   Cook them in a large volume of salted water until a knife easily goes through the flesh.
  • 3.   Pass them through a vegetable mill.
  • 4.   Add milk to thin it out to the desired consistency, fresh cream for creaminess, and a little grated nutmeg.
  • 5.   Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
