Mushroom and butternut squash gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the butternut squash into small cubes (not too big otherwise it will have difficulty cooking, ideally 2-3 cm) then slice the onion and mushrooms.
  • 2.   Arrange all the ingredients on a baking sheet: the pasta, vegetables, water, milk, cream, and cheese. Mix everything, the pasta should be covered with liquid. Add a little milk if needed.
  • 3.   Sprinkle with cheese, then bake at 190°C for 45 minutes. Check the cooking of the vegetables and pasta, then extend by 10 minutes if necessary: everything should be both creamy and gratiné. Season with salt and pepper, it's ready to serve!
