Mushroom cream ravioli

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and slice the mushrooms.
  • 2.   Peel and mince the garlic.
  • 3.   In a pan, add a knob of butter and sauté the garlic and mushrooms for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, cook the ravioli in a large pot of hot water, following the package instructions.
  • 5.   (Optional: add the cognac to the pan off the heat and be careful of possible flambé. Let it melt for 2 minutes).
  • 6.   Add the cream and mix.
  • 7.   Add the ravioli. Mix and let it cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 8.   Serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. It's ready!

  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 100 g of button mushroom
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tablespoon of Cognac
  • ½ tablespoon of grated parmesan
