Pan-fried macaroni with chicken and sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  • 2.   Peel and chop the shallot, then dice the sun-dried tomatoes.
  • 3.   Sauté the shallot in a pan with butter for about 2 minutes. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 4.   Once the chicken is cooked, add the sun-dried tomatoes, then the cream. Mix well and remove from heat.
  • 5.   Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Stir well, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
