Zucchini and Carrot Waffle

Instructions

  • 1.   Blend your carrots with the zucchini. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Place 2 large spoonfuls of the mixture in your waffle iron. Cook for about 6-7 minutes.
  • 2.   Garnish according to your taste ... here, as usual, it will be avocado and egg 😋
    You can eat them hot or cold the next day without any problem or give them a quick toast.
