ROASTED POTIMARRON WITH CAMEMBERT

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut off the top of the potimarron before hollowing it out.
  • 2.   Season it with salt, Espelette pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil before baking it for 30 minutes (or 45 minutes for a large potimarron) at 180°C (350°F).
  • 3.   Cut the camembert, add garlic, and place the cheese inside the potimarron.
  • 4.   Add white wine and rosemary, then close it and bake it again for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 5.   Serve hot with fresh bread.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Raw milk camembert (it's better!!)
  • 45 minutes for a large potimarron

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 5 cl of white wine
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt (according to taste)
