Winter soup: curly green cabbage and potatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cabbage into strips, the potatoes into large pieces, the carrots into chunks, and the onion.
  • 2.   Put everything in a pressure cooker, pour 1 liter of water, and add the bouillon cube.
  • 3.   Lightly salt (because of the bouillon, it's better to salt lightly and add more if needed) and pepper to taste.
  • 4.   Close the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes after the beep (or the hissing sound, depending on the model of the cooker).
  • 5.   Once cooked, blend and add cream according to your preference.
  • 6.   It's ready!
