Pan-fried bell peppers and knacki sausages

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the 3 green bell peppers into cubes.
  • 2.   In a hot non-stick skillet, sauté the bell pepper cubes without water or fat until they are golden brown.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, cut the 6 sausages into 1-centimeter slices.
  • 4.   When the bell peppers start to brown, reduce the heat (medium heat) and add 1/2 glass of water.
  • 5.   Add the sausage slices and the chili pepper.
  • 6.   Let it cook for about 5 minutes while stirring.
  • 7.   Just before serving, add the sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
