Instructions

  • 1.   Cook Quinoa as per instructions.
  • 2.   Stir-fry mixed vegetables (bell peppers, green beans or snap peas, zucchini cut in small sized pieces) in olive oil.
  • 3.   Add quinoa and soy sauce.
  • 4.   Cook for another 2 minutes.
