Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Clean and chop the parsley and fresh coriander.
  • 2.   In a saucepan, sauté the spices in olive oil. Add garlic, onions, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and chickpeas, parsley, coriander, 1/2 liter of water (or a little more), and salt. Cook covered over low heat for about 25-30 minutes.
  • 3.   Remove from heat and blend.

  • 2 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 parsley

  • 1 fresh coriander
