Sliced endives with ham

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the endives and slice them.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a pan, once hot, add the endives. Stir and add the diced ham.
  • 3.   In a cup, mix the cream and veal stock.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture over the endives.
  • 5.   Mix everything together to evenly distribute the cream over the endives.
  • 6.   Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and serve immediately.

  • 1 teaspoon of veal stock
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
