Chicken Tajine

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the chicken over medium heat until it is slightly golden.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel and cut the vegetables: cut the carrots in half, then lengthwise. Do the same for the zucchini. Slice the onions and quarter the potatoes.
  • 3.   Add the vegetables to the chicken, along with the tajine spices and cumin. Also add a little water (3/4 cup of water).
  • 4.   Let it cook for about 1 hour and there you have it, it's ready!

  • 1 Tajine spice
  • 1 ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
