Spiced Fish with Coconut Milk

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour a little olive oil into a rectangular dish. Garnish with sliced onions.
  • 2.   Place the fish fillets on top. Sprinkle with grated coconut, then the spice mixture. Add the coconut milk.
  • 3.   Cover the dish with parchment paper. Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
  • 4.   Serve with basmati rice (or other).

  • 1 pinch of ground coriander
  • 1 pinch of ground cumin
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 40 cl of coconut milk
  • 400 g of rice
