1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Cook the sausages in a skillet (without adding any fat) for 5 to 7 minutes until they are golden brown.
2. Slice them into rounds, not too thin, not too thick, and arrange them in a baking dish. Peel the garlic cloves, chop them.
3. Add the chopped garlic to the sausages along with the crushed tomatoes, beans, mustard, and two tablespoons of water. Season with pepper. Stir, cover the dish with a lid, and place it in the oven.
4. Let it cook for 25 minutes covered, then remove the lid and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes to lightly brown the surface.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley when it comes out of the oven and serve immediately with a green salad and garlic-rubbed croutons.
