Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Once cooked, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • 2.   Make the dressing by mixing 1 teaspoon of vinegar with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, add: quinoa, lettuce, cubed beets, crumbled goat cheese, crushed walnuts, and the dressing. Mix well. It's ready!
