Potato and Camembert gratin.

Instructions

  • 1.   Start by peeling your potatoes.

    Then cut them into slices.

    Do the same with your onions. Peel and chop the garlic and parsley.
  • 2.   Mix the milk, heavy cream, egg, and garlic together in a bowl.

    Finally, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • 3.   Arrange your potato slices and onions in a buttered dish.
  • 4.   Finally, add your mixture and the Camembert.
  • 5.   Bake in the oven for about an hour at 200°C.

  • 1 garlic clove
