Chocolate and peanut granola

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Let it cool before pouring into an airtight jar. You can store this granola for up to 3 weeks.

  • 10 cl of water
  • 20 g of unsweetened cocoa
  • 30 g of coconut sugar
  • 30 g of maple syrup
  • 2 handful of peanut
