Pea falafels

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and place the rack in the center. On a baking sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper and brush it with olive oil. In a food processor, pour the falafel ingredients and blend until well mixed. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls with slightly damp hands. Place them on the baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • 54 cl of chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
  • 250 g of green pea (frozen)
  • 80 g of oat flake
  • ½ bunches of parsley
  • ½ dried mints
  • 3 green onions
  • 2 tablespoon of tahini (sesame paste)
  • ½ lemons
  • 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce
  • salt (according to taste)
