Crispy and tender roasted sweet potatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut the sweet potato into fry-shaped pieces and spread them out on the baking sheet.
  • 2.   Drizzle a light drizzle of olive oil over the sweet potato pieces, no need to overdo it or oil all sides, the top will be enough.
  • 3.   Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 4.   Sprinkle with salt when they come out of the oven.
  • 5.   Enjoy as an appetizer or as a side dish with a meat in sauce, for example.
