Ravioli & Vegetable Broth

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the carrots. Cut them in half lengthwise, then diagonally.
  • 2.   Wash and prepare the leeks into 3-4cm sections.
  • 3.   In a saucepan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and add the leeks and carrots.
    Sauté over high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring. Season.
  • 4.   Add the bouillon cube and 250 ml of water per person. Bring to a boil, cover, and let simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 5.   Add the ravioli (or tortellini) to the broth and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve the broth and drizzle with olive oil, then season to taste. It's ready!

  • ½ vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 125 g of carrot
  • 150 g of leek
