Ravioli & Vegetable Broth

. Peel the carrots. Cut them in half lengthwise, then diagonally.

. Wash and prepare the leeks into 3-4cm sections.

. In a saucepan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and add the leeks and carrots.
Sauté over high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring. Season.

. Add the bouillon cube and 250 ml of water per person. Bring to a boil, cover, and let simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.

. Add the ravioli (or tortellini) to the broth and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

. Serve the broth and drizzle with olive oil, then season to taste. It's ready!
