1. Cut the sausage into slices or quarters and grill in a pot for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Peel and chop the onions, then add them to the pot. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Deglaze with a small amount of water, mix, add the pesto (1 teaspoon per person), and mix again.
Note: for variation, add (or replace with) a teaspoon of tomato paste!
4. Add the tortellini and the broth dissolved in 350 ml of water per person. Mix and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes, until the tortellini float to the surface.
5. Remove from heat, adjust the seasoning and toppings (salt, pepper, grated comté cheese, cherry tomatoes...), and it's ready!
