Stir-fried shrimp noodles

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them at the end of cooking.
  • 2.   Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, then add the green beans. Grate the garlic over them and add ginger (optional). Mix and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Wash the carrots, then cut them into tagliatelle-like strips using a peeler. Add them to the pan.
  • 4.   Add the shrimp, let them sear for a few minutes, then add the soy sauce to the pan and mix.
    Optional: for variation, add a seasoning, such as sweet soy sauce, honey, coconut milk, peanut butter, lemon...
  • 5.   Add the noodles and mix again. Let everything cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve the stir-fried noodles in a shallow plate or bowl. Add fresh cilantro and sesame seeds and/or sesame oil, if you have any. It's ready!

  • 2 tablespoon of salted soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 g of cooked peeled shrimp
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger powder (optional)
