Macaroni and beef meatballs with carrots

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and chop the onion and garlic, then add the meat, egg, flour, and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Form meatballs. Peel and slice the carrots.
  • 2.   In a pot, cook the meatballs for 4 to 5 minutes with oil. Add the carrots. Let cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the beer, reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes covered.
  • 3.   In a pot of boiling water, dissolve the beef broth and cook the macaroni in it. Drain them.
  • 4.   Sprinkle the meatballs with paprika and serve the meatballs with the macaroni.

  • 25 g of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 20 cl of beer
  • 1 meat bouillon cube
  • 500 g of ground beef patty
  • 25 g of flour
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
